245D Services

245D services refer to a specific set of services governed by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245D, which provides regulatory standards and guidelines for the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions. These services are designed to support individuals in achieving their goals, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. 

Service providers delivering 245D Services employ qualified and trained staff who possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to support individuals with developmental disabilities effectively. 

Staff members undergo extensive background checks, receive specialized training, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure they can meet the unique needs of the individuals they serve. 

These services also include 24 HOUR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE, ADULT COMPANION SERVICES, INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT, NIGHT SUPERVISION, PERSONAL, SUPPORT, AND IN-HOME AND OUT-OF-HOME RESPITE CARE.
